There are three important steps in the admissions process, as described below.

Step One: Beginning the Admissions Process

A. Application:

To print your application, click on one of the links below:

Complete and sign the application for admission. Signatures from both parents are required except in the case of single custodianship. Students entering grades 7-12 are required to sign the student statement. All signatures on the application are necessary to begin the admission process.

B. New Student Application Fee:

Submit the application and application fee of $50 (non-refundable) to the Administration Building. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, or online at nccsedu.diamondmindinc.com. Checks should be made out to North County Christian School or NCCS.

C. Pastoral Recommendation Form:

The pastoral recommendation form should be submitted to your pastor or other church authority.

D. School Recommendation Form:

Complete the student/parent portion of the form and turn it in with your student's application. NCCS will fax or email it to your student's school. If your PS-PK student has not attended any form of daycare or preschool, this form is not necessary.   

E. Release of Records Form: (1st-12th only)

Complete the student/parent portion of the form and turn it in with your student's application. NCCS will fax or email it to your student's school.

Step Two: Consideration for Admission

A. Review of Records: (K-12th only)

Our Admissions Coordinator and Administration will review student records to ensure the student meets the academic requirements for admission.

B. Admissions Interview:

The admissions interview allows you, the parent(s) and student(s), to meet with our principal to address any questions you might have. Our principal will also take this opportunity to get to know your family and student better, review your application, and discuss current school policies.

C. Acceptance:

You will be notified of the acceptance within 10 business days of your admissions interview.

Step Three: Completing Your Admission

A. Financial Forms:

The Business Manager will contact you to complete the financial commitment form and parent contract.

B. Registration Fee:

The registration fee is required at this time or within five days of notification of acceptance.
